How to complete a journey if notified of a Failed Transaction.

Airpay will notify you by email if we did not receive a booking complete webhook for your journey. We will email you three hours after an expected journey was due to complete if the booking complete webhook was not received, and the booking will also appear on the Failed Transaction Report the next day.

You will receive an email as follows:

"View Journey" will take you to the journey details:

If the journey has been complete you can then click on Complete Journey and enter the final fare, or if the booking never went ahead you can cancel the transaction.

Airpay will then attempt to capture the transaction:

The following day any journeys that have not been completed will also appear on failed transactions report:

If you click on the Trip Link a few minutes later, you can check the payment has been captured:
